A high level delegation from the Sultanate of Oman headed by HE Dr. Rawiyah bint Saud al Busaidiyah, Minister of Higher Education, visited the Belarussian National Technical University on April 10, 2012.

The visiting delegation was taken around the University and introduced to its up-to-date research developments at a specialized BNTU Exhibition.
Minister of Higher Education of the Sultanate of Oman Minister praised Prof.Khroustalev B., the BNTU Rector, for hospitality, understanding and far sighted vision to develop beneficial mutual cooperation with their higher education institutions.
The Omanese delegation was received at the BNTU within the framework of its official visit to the Republic of Belarus. During its visit the delegation also met Education Minister of Belarus Sergei Maskevich and signed an inter-ministerial memorandum on mutual understanding and cooperation in higher education and got an opportunity to be familiarized with some other Universities in Minsk.
