From March 21 to 23, 2012 the Belarussian National Technical University was visited by delegation of «R.Y.Alekseev Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University» (NNTU) (Russia).
Russian delegation headed by Prof. Dmitriev S.V., NNTU Rector, comprised the following members: Babanov N.Y., Vice-Rector for Research Activity and Ivashkin E.H., Vice-Rector for Academic Activity.
On March 22 the high level delegation was received by Prof. Khroustalev B.M., BNTU Rector.
During the meeting the Parties discussed the prospects of the partnership and confirmed the readiness to expand mutually beneficial relations in education and research fields.
As a result of this meeting Cooperation Agreement was signed by leaders of two universities.
During its visit the Russian delegation also took participation in the International Specialized Exhibition “Atomexpo-Belarus” and scientific conference “Prospects for nuclear power development in the Republic of Belarus”.
