On February 8 - March 8, 2016, the international alumni of the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) have arranged the following events in the Lima (the Republic of Peru) to promote education export and verify the diplomas obtained in the Republic of Belarus:
- The Meeting of the BNTU international alumni (as a result of this meeting, the participants have decided to collect signatures in support of Belarusian diploma verification in the Republic of Peru);
- The Council Meeting of the BNTU international alumni;
- The letters of interest signed by the BNTU Administration about the BNTU diploma verification in the Republic of Peru have been handed to Ana María Sánchez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Peru, and Martha Isabel Chavarri Dupuy, Head of European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru;
- The Protocol has received over 500 signatures in support of Belarusian diploma verification in the Republic of Peru and has been handed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Peru.
All the above-mentioned events have been organized in cooperation with the International Graduates’ Association of Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Belarus (IGAHEI), by Edgard Berrocal Philippe Edwin, Member of the IGAHEI Council, BNTU employee, and the BNTU international alumni from Colombia and Peru:
