The conference's mission is to promote and enhance the dialogue in education among the educational institutions devoted to Science and Technology fields through promotion of best practice standards in the service of international education, the facilitation of information exchange, creation and dissemination of knowledge.
We believe that this is best achieved through international cooperation and promotes the development of closer links among relevant educational institutions and individuals around the world.

Conference admission is free of charge.
A paper should contain international UDC code (if one is used in your country). UDC code should be placed in the upper left corner, paper title should be in bold font, 6-point interline spacing after UDC, surnames and names of authors 6-point interline spacing after the paper title.
Abstracts should be submitted in English/Russian. Abstracts may not include more than 300 characters.
Final paper should be up to 8 pages (including references), may contain not more than 4 pictures, figures and tables. All pages size should be A4 (21 X 29,7cm).
Tables and figures should be centered and numbered independently, in the sequence they are referred in the text. Figure captions should be below figures and graphics should be accompanied by a legend; table heads should appear above tables.

The abstract and paper should be submitted in Word and pdf format.
The top, bottom, right and left margins should be 2 cm.
