Dear colleagues,
It is our pleasure to inform you that International Interdisciplinary Conference “Ethnology: Exploring the Past and the Present”, organized by the 2nd English Department of the Belarusian National Technical University will be held in Minsk on April 28–29, 2016.
The main subjects of the conference include but not limited to the following:
- Ethnology & Anthropology
- Ethnology & Sociology
- Ethnology & Psychology
- Ethnology & History
- Ethnology &Culturology
- Ethnology & Philology
- Ethnology & Musicology
- Ethnology &Pedagogy, etc.
Languages of the conference are Belarusian and other Slavic languages, English.
Deadline for submissions is March 14, 2016.
Conference proceedings publication requirements:
Submit a 4–5 pages article and an abstract (up to 50 words) in Windows-based Microsoft Word (14 point Times New Roman font; A4-size single-spaced; all the margins – 2 cm; single line spacing) to 2348843@tut.by. References to the authors should be arranged according to the citing order in the text (not alphabetically). For citing please indicate the reference number and page numbers as in the example: [1, p. 14–16].
Accepted articles will be published before the conference begins.

Before March 21, 2016 the organizing committee will notify you of the acceptance / rejection the article and will send the invitation letter and the settlement account for payment.
The publication fee is15$.
Transport, accommodation and board expenses are covered by a participant.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject the submitted articles in case of non-compliance of the requirements and discrepancy of the subjects of the conference.
